CMO Marketing Channel Draft:

Jesse and Kirill are competing CMOs at brand new B2B startup and we are creating a go-to-market strategy with a $100K marketing budget.

Details:

  • Market: Saas (Software as a Service), US Demographic, Beer and alcohol industry
  • We each already have a company website
  • $100K is for GTM plan only – does not include headcount
 
Draft Rules: at one at a time, we each pick a channel off the board below. Once that channel is chosen, its off the board.
